Dear delegate and/or camp participant, welcome to the 16th International Deleuze & Guattari Studies Conference & Camp registration page!

 

Below you can find the different registration options available, depending on your application.

There are multiple options, for the Camp, the Conference or joining both.

There are also multiple options depending on your affiliation.

Please make sure that you choose according to the specifics of your case and note that if deemed necessary we might request further information regarding your affiliation status. Students (including PhDs) will also need to enter their institutional student number.

Also note that in case of multiple authors, all authors (who wish to be present physically) must register separately.

Please keep in mind that Camp and Conference are two separate events. Camp participants that want to attend the Conference as audience need to register for both.

Payment conditions

All presenters at the Conference and Camp need to make full payment prior to 5 May 2024. Once the payment is successful you will receive an automated email with the registration confirmation.

 

Cancellation policy for registration

Please note that all registration services cancelled before 5 June 2024 are 100% refundable after deduction of transaction handling expenses. Kindly note that we are unable to offer refunds for the Conference and Camp registration or the journal subscription after 5 June 2024.

 

Visa

All visitors travelling to the Netherlands must be in possession of a valid passport. Participants should check with their local travel agents whether they require an entry visa for the Netherlands.

Participants who require a visa to enter the Netherlands are expected to make their own visa arrangements. 

If needed, the organizing committee shall provide formal invitation letters upon request after registration has been completed.

Ticket selection required, however there are no tickets available. Please contact the organiser.
